We are ignorant about policy coverage, as we are not licensed as a PA nor are you, but we do understand construction and what is required for the job to be done.

How long does it usually take to close out a claim?

Ideally 2-4 weeks. There are many parties involved in order to complete the claims process (contractor, homeowner, field and desk adjuster), for this reason there is no specific timeframe.

Job is done, can I still supplement?

Yes, as long as you provide documentation and primarily photographs. It is best. to have a signed change order.

How do you settle a claim?

We do not settle (reach an agreed scope and price) a claim unless the contractor agrees with the final offer.

What is a supplement?
