If possible, we organize a preliminary pick-up appointment, or we offer the location where they may mail/drop the check. Some companies have a shipping account and we deliver them return envelops as a courtesy.

How many attempts do you do?

We make three attempts in all of our communication methods to make a successful contact; if no contact is made, we notify the contractor and request more instructions. As in, other points of contact, whether they send a lien notice or turn the file on to a collection agency.

Do you create and send invoices?

We can create invoices with contractor training (your method) and also send them to the insurance or homeowner with prior confirmation. We can add these to your CRM or generate them there, however we require access and training.

How do we collect money in time?

By keeping in close contact with both the HO and the contractor, we can inform them when the check will be released so they can plan their collections accordingly and maintain track of the business days. Making sure the sales representatives arrive on time for our scheduled pick-up dates is a crucial component as well.

How are past-due collections effective?

By ensuring that the most recent activity taken is recorded and that updated paperwork and payments are made. Likewise, ensuring that all work is completed so that we may quickly and easily collect money and/or receive client pleasure.
