Dedicated human capacity · Built around your business

Your priorities. Your schedule. Your assistant.

Choose the recurring work you want off your plate—from everyday administration to roofing-specific claims support. Direct the person yourself, or ask Boss Up to manage the workflow and accountability with you.

Optional dedicated staffing. Not required for Founders Club membership.

You choose the work

Build the role around your recurring priorities.

You choose the hours

Agree on a schedule and time zone within the workweek.

Roofing experience available

Request claims-trained or estimating-capable support.

Management is flexible

Lead directly or add Boss Up workflow oversight.

Give them the work that keeps stealing your day.

This is not a rigid menu. Start with the work your business actually needs, then we define the role, tools, access, training and approval boundaries before the assistant begins.

01

Inbox, calls and scheduling

Organize communication, coordinate appointments, confirm next steps and keep routine follow-up moving.

02

CRM and lead administration

Update records, organize opportunities, document activity, assign follow-ups and support clean handoffs.

03

Customer and project coordination

Collect approved information, request documents, communicate status and coordinate recurring administrative steps.

04

Claims-file support

Organize documents, timelines, photos and claim-related tasks using your approved process and escalation rules.

05

Xactimate production support

Prepare AI-assisted estimate drafts from the documentation and instructions provided, with required review before use.

06

The role you need built

Bring another repeatable business task. We will review whether it is trainable, supportable and appropriate for the assistant.

You are not purchasing a preset list of chores. You are adding dedicated capacity. The final role can evolve through written priorities, training and agreed changes to scope.

General admin—or roofing-specific experience.

Choose broad administrative capacity, or request a candidate trained for more specialized roofing workflows. Placement depends on fit and availability.

Claims-trained support

Someone who understands the shape of an insurance-restoration file.

Claims-trained assistants can support the administrative movement of files without forcing you to teach every basic term or document type from the beginning.

  • Document and photo organization
  • Timeline and task tracking
  • Carrier or customer follow-up using approved instructions
  • Internal escalation when judgment is required

AI-assisted Xactimate

Estimate drafts produced faster, with human review still in the loop.

We can pair approved claim information with AI-assisted production workflows to prepare Xactimate estimate drafts for review, revision and authorized use.

  • Scope and documentation intake
  • Draft estimate preparation
  • Internal quality-control steps
  • Revision workflow based on supplied information

Administrative and estimating support is not legal advice, public-adjusting representation, an insurance coverage decision or a promise of claim payment. The client remains responsible for licensing requirements, final review, accuracy approvals and authorized use.

Choose the operating relationship

You can manage the person—or have Boss Up help manage the work.

Some owners want a dedicated team member they lead directly. Others want stronger structure around priorities, reporting, training and accountability. We can define the model that fits before placement.

Client-led assistant

Your team assigns work, provides instructions, approves decisions and manages the daily priorities.

Boss Up-managed workflow

Boss Up helps organize the agreed process, recurring priorities, check-ins and escalation path around the assistant.

The specific management responsibilities, meeting rhythm, tools and any work outside the base staffing scope are documented before service begins.

Simple base pricing. Clear terms.

Founders Club members receive preferred pricing because the wider Boss Up operating relationship and working rhythm are already in place.

Non-member

$2,500/month

Dedicated virtual administrative support for up to 40 hours per week, subject to the agreed role, schedule and assistant availability.

Service terms: First and final month are due at the start of service. Thirty days’ written notice is required to cancel. Specialized experience, Boss Up management responsibilities, software, licenses, unusual schedules and work outside the agreed role are confirmed during scoping and may require separate terms. Existing or grandfathered arrangements remain subject to their own agreements.

From wish list to working role in three steps.

We define the actual job before placing a person into it. That protects your time, the assistant and the quality of the work.

A few practical answers.

The assistant expands your capacity. Good results still depend on clear priorities, access, review rules and timely decisions from the people responsible for the business.

Can I choose any task?

Bring the work you want handled. We review whether it is lawful, repeatable, trainable and appropriate for the assistant’s skills, access and agreed role.

Can I request claims experience?

Yes. You can request a claims-trained assistant, subject to candidate fit and availability. Administrative claims support does not replace licensed or legally required professional roles.

Can you produce Xactimate estimates?

AI-assisted estimate drafting can be included in an agreed workflow. Inputs, quality control, final review, licensing and authorized use must be defined before launch.

Who manages the assistant?

You can lead the assistant directly or ask Boss Up to structure agreed workflow oversight. The exact responsibilities are documented during scoping.

Is this included in Founders Club?

No. Dedicated staffing is optional and separately priced. Members receive the preferred $2,000 monthly rate; non-members pay $2,500 monthly.

What happens if the role changes?

Priorities can evolve through written agreement. Material changes to hours, specialization, management or responsibilities may require revised scope and terms.
