Boss Up Solutions LLC operates this website. This notice describes information handled through the pages that link to it and through our invitation, assessment, and existing-client help forms. It covers business inquiries and support requests. Separate service agreements and applicable privacy notices address information handled while delivering client services, including information a client supplies about its own customers.
Information you provide
Our forms collect your name, email address, company, and the details you choose to share about your business or support request. Depending on the form, those details can include your website, services and service area, business priorities, current tools, inquiry channels, team availability, account-access readiness, and other service needs.
The forms do not request a phone number, payment information, or account credentials. Please do not include passwords, access tokens, government identification numbers, payment details, or private information about customers or other people in an open text field.
Why we use it
We use submitted information to review inquiries and applications, assess service fit and readiness, respond to questions, provide requested support, and maintain business contact records. A submission creates or updates a contact record in our customer relationship management system and sends an internal notification for review.
Business email and your choices
We may also use business contact information to email you about Boss Up Solutions services related to your inquiry or business relationship. You can ask us to stop promotional email at any time by using the unsubscribe option in a promotional message or emailing [email protected]. Choosing not to receive promotional email does not prevent you from requesting help or receiving messages needed to handle your request or an existing service.
Submitting a website form does not give consent to marketing text messages or automated or AI-generated calls. Any such communications require a separately established basis and any permission required for that channel.
Website technology and providers
Our website and forms use HighLevel and LeadConnector for hosting, form handling, contact records, and email delivery. Information is available to the people handling your inquiry or support request and to the providers involved in these functions.
When you load the website, your browser sends technical information such as your IP address, browser information, and the page or resource requested to the hosting and content providers. Website and form technology may also use cookies or similar browser storage to operate the site and remember session information. We also use website and form technology to measure page and form use and performance. You can control browser storage in your browser settings; blocking it may affect website or form functions.
Cloudflare Turnstile helps protect the forms from automated abuse. Cloudflare processes technical signals, including IP address and browser characteristics, to provide and improve its bot-detection service. Google Fonts delivers the fonts displayed on the website, and content-delivery services deliver our image assets. These requests disclose technical connection information to those providers. Keeping records
We keep inquiry and application records while the business relationship is active. We review records after 12 months of inactivity and delete information we no longer need. We may retain information needed for an existing service, billing record, legal obligation, dispute, or to record and respect an opt-out request.
Privacy requests
To ask about your information, request access or correction, request deletion, or raise a privacy concern, email [email protected]. We may need to confirm your identity and the information involved before acting on a request. The rights and exceptions that apply depend on your location and the circumstances. An opt-out may require us to retain a limited record so we can respect your choice.
