Boss Up Founders Club · After a fit-review request

A real review.
A clear path forward.

If you request a fit review, a person—not an automatic approval system—looks at your roofing business, priorities and current tools. If the model may fit, the next step is a focused conversation.

The review path

Three steps. No mystery handoff.

You always know what stage you are in and what a next step would mean.

  1. We review the request

We compare your roofing business, priorities and requested support with the work Founders Club can manage consistently.

Outcome: either a clear decline or an invitation to talk further.
  2. We have a focused conversation

If there may be a fit, we discuss your current tools, lead flow, recurring bottlenecks and what you want taken off your plate.

Outcome: enough context to define a possible operating scope.
  3. You review the scope

Supported services, responsibilities, allowances, fees and terms are made clear. You decide whether to join before onboarding begins.

Outcome: an informed yes or no—without hidden assumptions.

Useful to have ready

Bring the work you want to change.

You do not need a polished presentation. A useful conversation starts with honest context about what is falling behind and what happens to an inquiry today.

  • Your biggest recurring growth bottleneck
  • The tools and CRM your team currently uses
  • Where calls, texts, DMs and leads go now
  • Who takes over once an appointment is booked

The assessment is for invited businesses. Viewing or completing it does not mean you have been accepted or enrolled.
